Standard orders usually dispatch within 2 working days unless the product is custom, made-to-order, or temporarily delayed. Delivery timelines depend on the destination PIN code and courier serviceability.

Tracking details are shared after dispatch. Please inspect the package at delivery and record a clear unboxing video before opening the product.

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery where possible or contact WYLL within 24 hours with photos, order details, and the unboxing video.
