WYLL products are fragile decor pieces and are packed with protective layers before dispatch. Please record a clear unboxing video from the sealed package stage. This helps us verify any transit damage quickly and fairly.
Returns or replacements are considered only for wrong items, manufacturing defects, or transit damage reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos, order details, and an unboxing video. Claims raised without required proof may not be accepted.
Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned with original packaging where a return is approved. Custom, personalised, made-to-order, sale, or damaged-after-delivery products are not eligible for return unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or wrong item dispatch.
Minor colour variation, small handmade finishing differences, or damage caused during installation, mishandling, cleaning, storage, or customer-side transit are not covered.
Approved refunds, store credits, or replacements will be processed after inspection. Shipping charges, COD charges, and payment gateway fees may be non-refundable unless the issue is caused by WYLL.
